About Rao Taxi Service Gurgaon

Rao Taxi Service Gurgaon started with a simple frustration: booking a taxi in Gurgaon too often meant dealing with a call centre that had never driven the route, a driver who showed up late without explanation, or a fare that changed by the time the trip ended. We set out to build something different — a taxi service run by people who are actually based in Gurgaon, know the roads, and stay accountable for every trip because it's their own fleet and their own name on the line, not a franchise operating at a distance.

Today we operate from Darbaripur Road, near SportsCube, in Sector 75, Gurugram, running six services — Airport Taxi, Local Taxi, One Way Taxi, Outstation Taxi, Corporate Taxi and Wedding Taxi — across a fleet that spans the Maruti Dzire, Maruti Ertiga, Toyota Innova Crysta, Innova Hycross and Tempo Traveller. Whether it's a single early-morning airport drop or a multi-vehicle wedding booking with guests arriving from out of town, the same standard applies: drivers who are verified before they're allowed to take a booking, vehicles that are checked and maintained on schedule, and a fare that's confirmed before the trip starts.

We built this business around Gurgaon specifically — its sectors, its office corridors along Cyber City and Golf Course Road, its growing residential pockets along Sohna Road and Dwarka Expressway, and the routes our customers travel most, from IGI Airport to hill stations like Shimla and Manali, and pilgrimage destinations like Haridwar, Khatu Shyam and Salasar Balaji. That local focus is what lets us plan a trip properly instead of treating every booking as a generic point-to-point ride.
